GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Effective as of January 1, 2026
Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all services offered by Ana De la Fuente, sole trader, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider", to individual and corporate clients, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
The services covered include:

Culinary workshops and pastry classes for individuals

Team-building workshops and all-inclusive day packages for businesses

Sale of gift vouchers
-
Sale of pastries and cookies
-
Bespoke event services
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 – Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Individual workshops
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount, or full payment depending on the chosen method. No place is guaranteed without payment confirmation.
2.2 Corporate workshops & all-inclusive day packages
A personalised quote is prepared following an initial discussion with the Client. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of:

The signed quote (purchase order)

A 50% deposit of the total amount excluding VAT
The balance is due no later than 7 days before the date of the service.
Article 3 – Pricing
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT (HT) for businesses and inclusive of all taxes (TTC) for individuals. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The prices applied are those in effect at the time of booking confirmation.

Corporate workshops: from €1,000 excl. VAT, subject to personalised quote

Gift vouchers: €50 (Discovery Voucher) – €200 (Privilege Voucher) + €50 per additional participant beyond 4 people
Article 4 – Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation by the Client – Individuals
Any cancellation must be communicated by email to ana.maria.delafuente.amarante@gmail.com. The following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 5 days in advance: full refund or free rescheduling

Cancellation between 3 and 4 days in advance: deposit retained, rescheduling possible within 3 months

Cancellation less than 2 days in advance: no refund, no rescheduling
4.2 Cancellation by the Client – Businesses

Cancellation more than 15 days in advance: 50% of the deposit refunded

Cancellation between 8 and 14 days in advance: deposit retained in full

Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: 80% of the total amount invoiced
4.3 Cancellation by the Service Provider
In the event of cancellation by the Service Provider (force majeure, illness, unforeseeable circumstances), the Client will be informed as soon as possible. A rescheduled date will be offered as a priority. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. The Service Provider shall not be held liable beyond the reimbursement of amounts received.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

Bank transfer (details provided on the quote)

PayPal or online payment (link available on request)

Cash (for in-person individual workshops only)
Any late payment may result in the cancellation of the booking and the application of late payment penalties at the applicable legal rate.
Article 6 – Workshop Organisation
The Client agrees to arrive at the indicated time. Any delay of more than 15 minutes will not entitle the Client to an extension or refund. Workshops are led by Ana De la Fuente, professional pastry chef.
For all-inclusive corporate days, the Service Provider manages full coordination: equipped meeting room, culinary workshop facilitation, and meal or tasting organisation. Any programme changes requested by the Client less than 7 days before the service will be subject to a pricing amendment.
Article 7 – Liability and Food Safety
The Service Provider ensures compliance with hygiene and food safety standards during every workshop. It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Service Provider of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements of participants prior to booking.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions given during the workshop, or from undisclosed allergies.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
Recipes, teaching materials, visuals, and content shared during workshops are the exclusive property of Ana De la Fuente. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Article 9 – Image Rights
The Service Provider may photograph or film workshops for communication purposes (social media, website). The Client will be informed in advance and may object without providing justification. For minors, written consent from the legal guardian is required.
Article 10 – Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They may only be used for services offered by Ana De la Fuente and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Article 11 – Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected (name, surname, email, phone number) is used solely within the scope of the business relationship and is never shared with third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending a request to: ana.maria.delafuente.amarante@gmail.com.
Article 12 – Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider's place of business.
